Emotions play a key role in how we experience the world, think about our lives, and interact with each other.

In the SANLab, we study how emotions are experienced, verbally represented, and remembered. Our goal is to better understand emotional experience, and identify key targets for successful emotion regulation.

To examine our research questions, we take a multi-modal approach, using a combination of neural, behavioral, and social computational methods.
